We provide these programs in partnership with the City of Pasadena’s MASH Program, Pasadena Water & Power, Grid Solutions (solar panel company) SoCal Gas and SoCal Edison Utility. This FREE half-day workshop provides valuable information for renters and homeowners on ways to save on energy and how to make your home or apartment more energy efficient.  The Utility Companies help low or fixed income families apply for discounts and information on how to reduce costs during peak usage times.  

First-time Buyer Workshops – in partnership with the Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Program, FPCDC sponsored homebuyer workshops providing guests with loan, qualification and credits available to First-time Buyers.  The course introduces financial planning and budget management theory along with what a new homeowner should expect when owning a home.  A Course Certificates is awarded upon completion of the 8 hour course which enabled them to satisfy their educational requirements for FHA and HUD programs.
